The Sierra Madre Experience

Our hike from Licao-licao to Angat Watershed. It was supposed to be an easy and moderate hike, but without the trees, it was miserable. It rained constantly, and the mud kept clinging to our boots. It was impossible. The forest was bare, the trees were cut and burnt. Nothing is spared except the grass. There were no wild animals anymore, or if there were, they probably moved to another place. This is the reality of the Sierra Madre Region.
